Please reach out to us via email, text or call us to request an appointment. We will call you back within 24 hrs during the week, messages left on Friday will be returned on the next business day (Monday) to review potential appointment times. Once scheduled, you will be given an appointment time window as it can be difficult to predict exactly how long the appointment before you will take. Ideally your pet should be easily accessible by you to bring to us for your appointment. There must be a person (ideally the owner) at home who can help bring the pet to us. We cannot catch or chase your pet for you as this can be dangerous for us and stressful to the pet. It is helpful to have cats in a small room or bathroom (or in a pet carrier) before the appointment. If your pet needs a sedative before the appointment to help reduce anxiety, please let us know when scheduling your appointment. If there are special directions upon arrival (specific driveway or area to park the van) please let us know. If you need to reschedule your appointment we ask for notice at least 24 hrs before the appointment.

We will call you when we are headed in your direction to give you a better idea of our arrival time the day of the appointment. It is helpful to send any records at least 24 hours before your appointment - if this is not possible please have records available when we arrive at your appointment.
